I guess it’s been on the magazine racks for a while now, but I just wanted to mention that Shu and I did some writing and photography for the latest edition of Theme Magazine. I’ve also got some photography in the just-released Sherbert #6.

One more announcement: we’re putting together a new magazine called Historical Fiction. It’s about life in cities. Part photo journal, part cultural document, part travel guide. I think it will be interesting. You can read more about it here.

By Hand

It started a couple of years ago with a free weekend and a proposal sent out to a few publishers, and today the finished product arrived at our door. The book is called By Hand and it features a selection of really talented contemporary artists. Shu and I compiled, wrote, edited and designed* the book, and we are glad that Princeton Architectural Press has helped us get it out to the world. It won’t be available in stores or online until around November, but here are a few photos of what’s inside:

*after we moved to China, design was taken over by PA Press, so the cover ended up being designed in house.
